I would rate the appointment a seven. First I was sent for an ultrasound, and then they disagreed with its result and sent me for a CT scan.
Disliked
It seems to me that the CT scan could have been ordered right away, so as not to waste time and money. I booked with a discount, but still spent quite a lot. Overall impressions are mixed.

On 8 August I had booked an appointment with the traumatologist Arai Adilkyzy, but since her time was up, I was referred to Zhamshud Abdumanatovich. That same day I had a CT scan, and within one day they put on a cast.

I am endlessly grateful to Zhamshud Abdumanatovich, a thousand thanks. He explained everything to me and gave me guidance. Everything went at a high level. He even gave me a phone number to call if the cast started bothering me. When I entered the clinic, I was very surprised by how warmly the girls at the reception greeted me. May your work continue to prosper. I have decided that now, when I need a competent doctor, I will come to you.

I brought my son for an appointment, several problems were identified, we will be treated. We approached the reception at the appointed time, but I was told that I had booked through a partner under a promotion and would not get in with this booking, because the doctor sees patients only on a walk-in queue. I had to wait, there were 5 people ahead of me. When we got to the office, there were three people left ahead of us. In the end, we waited quite a long time.

I liked the doctor: nothing unnecessary, everything to the point, sees patients quickly — an appointment lasts on average 15–20 minutes.

I did not like that, having come to the reception at my appointed time, I could not get in with my booking, since the doctor sees patients only on a walk-in queue, and I had to wait more than an hour, even though there were only 5 people ahead of me, and a patient may have other plans. It is unclear why book through the app for a convenient time then, if the clinic refuses and does not match what is stated. I will not lower the doctor's rating because of the clinic's work, but I do not advise wasting time by booking here.

The appointment was awful. It was the first time I encountered such terrible service. The doctor completely lacks the ability to talk to a patient, no sympathy at all, says some nonsense. She called the head of the department, and she apologised to me instead of the doctor herself and took me to a competent specialist. In the end, the appointment never took place.
