Hello, I came for an appointment twice. The first time I had to wait about 30 minutes, tests were taken from me, and everything was fine with them. The second time I also waited for the doctor for a very long time — about 45 minutes, and the appointment itself lasted 10 minutes.

I did not like that both times I had to wait a long time for the appointment, and the second time I was charged 10 thousand for a 10-minute appointment, while I was simply told that everything was fine, and money was taken for that.
