We came for an appointment expecting to see the somnologist Kozhamberdiyev Timur Omarbekovich, as was stated on the website, but the person there turned out to be a neurologist. The appointment time also did not match what was on the website — at the reception desk they said they do not go by the website and that the time there is indicated only for the discount, because of which we had to wait about an hour.

I did not like that the doctor turned out not to be the one we expected — a neurologist, not a pure somnologist, and this did not match our expectations. I also did not like that the appointment time did not match the one indicated on the website, and we lost about an hour waiting.
