I arrived for the appointment on time, but still waited about 15 minutes, then went in. The doctor listened to my complaint, didn't say anything special, referred me for an ultrasound and tests. He said I could send the results via WhatsApp, and then he would prescribe treatment. I did as he said.

He still hasn't sent me the prescription, I've been waiting for the 2nd month already. I write to him asking why he isn't giving the prescription, and he says I need to come back, even though he himself said he could prescribe via WhatsApp. And now he doesn't reply.
