I want to say a huge thank you to Zamira Toktarkanova! She explains everything in detail, helps and gives her all both as a doctor and as support, which I think is very important. I had an appointment with my child. My child immediately made contact, which happens very rarely.

I am very grateful to the doctor for the accurate diagnosis and for giving me the maximum of information. I wish there were more such professional doctors. From the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you for her work. She is a talented doctor from God, with golden hands and a warm heart. Being a doctor is her calling. At the same time she is also a wonderful person: kind, responsive, able to sympathise with people. An excellent specialist who knows her business well. The appointment lasted more than an hour; during that time I was examined very attentively and comprehensively, my condition was assessed, everything was explained in detail and written out.

I really liked the doctor: an attentive and comprehensive approach. I confidently recommend Dr Kucherbayeva. The prescribed treatment helps: vitamins and minerals were prescribed, and after starting them my sleep improved and cramps in my legs bother me less often.

I came to the appointment with my son, and then I also consulted this doctor myself.

For me, what matters in a specialist is not only high professionalism, but also humanity. The doctor is very sensitive, attentive and knowledgeable. She accurately identified my son's deficiencies, and now everything is fine. The appointment went wonderfully. The doctor turned out to be a thoughtful and open person, and explained everything to me in detail. There was no rush, and there was no feeling that it was time to leave quickly. I was genuinely given time, and I was able to tell everything in detail. I previously had a very unsuccessful experience with another doctor, and I came to Zamira Toktarkanovna. She sorted everything out and cured me, which is the most important thing for me.

Today I had an appointment. The doctor is very responsive. I was examined, asked about everything in detail, given a lot of information. First the doctor studied everything and told me what she saw and what she thought, and only after that she sat down at the computer and wrote out the prescription.

I came to the appointment, and the doctor immediately made an accurate diagnosis. Before that I had been to two doctors, but they gave a completely different diagnosis and criticised the ultrasound scan, although by ethics they have no right to do so. The problem is with the thyroid.

The doctor explained everything down to the smallest detail, prescribed treatment, and some symptoms have already disappeared. I have never met doctors like this before.
Disliked
