The appointment took place, the doctor examined me and made a diagnosis, but no conservative treatment was included in the cost of the appointment.
Disliked
It turns out the money was wasted: there is an examination and a diagnosis, but no medicines were prescribed to me, except for essentials. Instead, they offered to buy a course of treatment at their clinic for 150,000 tenge. When I asked why medicines were not prescribed, I was told that they are not a polyclinic and do not give free prescriptions. But the appointment is not free — it costs 11,600. Usually all private doctors prescribe treatment already at the initial appointment. Somehow this is not the medical way, just a rip-off.

I liked the clinic: starting from the cloakroom and further at the reception, all the staff are very attentive. Ainur Sardarovna herself is very good, attentive and responsible. Most of all I liked that she explains every point and all her actions.

I came for the appointment, and only at the 45th minute I was told that the treatment would cost 150,000, plus 110,000 for physiotherapy because I am breastfeeding. Recommendations for treatment were never given to me. To my question about what the treatment would be, the doctor replied that everything would be written out after payment of 150,000 for the course, and that is still without medicines, they are not included in this sum. Before the appointment I had a test for RW, also unclear why, all this takes a lot of time.

It's unclear why I even went to this doctor, since I wasn't given any treatment recommendations. I had a newborn baby waiting for me in the car, and I wasted so much time for nothing. I'm shocked that they don't prescribe treatment until you pay 150,000 for a course, and even then without any medicines. I feel sorry for the people who fall for this. Afterwards I went to another proctologist — he fully prescribed the treatment and said that patients often come to them from Onclinic. They also fill out the consultation sheet by hand, and when I asked why they don't print it, the doctor replied that her handwriting is legible. In short, I'm never setting foot there again! And they took an RW test before the appointment for some unclear reason, so much time goes into all of this. It's just a nightmare.

I did not like the appointment with the doctor. When I asked questions, the doctor asked me not to pester her. After the examination, the doctor said that surgery was already needed, that it was already too late and that conventional treatment would not help. But, strangely enough, before the surgery I had to undergo treatment with her, which costs 150 thousand, and only then the surgery — plus 200 thousand. After the surgery, if correction is needed, she has a separate price for it, but she did not say how much, not even an approximate amount, so that I could understand whether I would be able to find that kind of money at all, since my salary is small, I have loans, etc. To this the doctor replied that by that time 2 months would pass, and if I paid from each salary, it would be fine. What I understood was this: from one salary for the treatment, from the next for the surgery, and the following one for the correction. The bottom line — I will not go there again.

The doctor did not want to listen to me when I asked questions, I asked her not to interrupt. After the examination she said that an operation was needed, that it was already too late and that conventional treatment would not help. But before the operation I had to undergo treatment with her for 150 thousand, then the operation for 200 thousand, and after the operation, if correction was needed, she had a separate price for that, but she did not say how much, not even an approximate figure, so that I could understand whether I would be able to find that kind of money, since my salary is small, I have loans, etc. To that the doctor said that 2 months would pass, and if I paid from each salary, it would be fine. What I understood was this: from one salary for the treatment, from the next for the operation, and the following one for the correction. The result — I will not go there again.
