On 2 March at 8.40 in the morning I had an appointment with the doctor Kumpeisova Balzhan Slyambekovna. I came for a vascular ultrasound. Everything went according to schedule, at the reception they explained clearly and precisely where to go. In room 205 the doctor was already waiting for me, she greeted me warmly, told me everything about the vessels, and then performed the ultrasound.
Firstly, she is incredibly beautiful, pleasant, sociable, and it is immediately clear that she is a great professional in her field. Secondly, during the ultrasound she commented on everything in an accessible way, explained and showed me. After the ultrasound she described the condition of the vessels in just as much detail, quickly wrote and issued the conclusions. At my request, she commented via a voice message on the condition of my vessels so that I could inform my wife (a doctor), who had referred me for the examination for preventive purposes. Such professional staff should be valued and rewarded, respect to her and the clinic.
