The appointment with the doctor took place, but I got in to see him later than the appointed time: instead of 10.40 — at 11.18, even though I had booked in advance. There were 4 more people ahead of me in the queue.

There were problems with the appointment time: despite booking in advance, I got in to see the doctor at 11.18 instead of 10.40, and there were 4 more people ahead of me in the queue. I believe this is the fault not of the doctor but of the administration.
