I came for an appointment at a discount. The doctor ordered a whole bunch of blood tests for everything under the sun, but didn't really explain anything about my questions.
Disliked
They didn't even tell me whether my mole was dangerous or not. They didn't give me any advice about the cosmetics I use either — they said they didn't know. For my cracked lips they gave no recommendations apart from vitamins. They just prescribed a ton of blood tests and basically brushed me off. I understand that I got a discounted appointment, but I think every patient should be treated equally regardless of the cost of the appointment. I wrote anonymously because I knew that otherwise they would pester me. In the end, the clinic dug up my number and started calling. When I asked how they figured out who wrote the review if it was anonymous, they said it was from the time of the appointment and other information. I'm lowering my rating now not because of the doctor, but because of the brazen clinic that doesn't understand what confidentiality and anonymity mean.

I came for my appointment, but there was a walk-in queue, even though I had booked.
Disliked
The doctor couldn't properly explain why booking is even needed if everyone sits in a walk-in queue anyway. I didn't like it.

I liked that I was seen on time and was asked only about the diagnosis and how I felt.
Disliked
There were no prescriptions at all, not even the simplest ones, and I was immediately sent to take tests which, it seems to me, were not needed. Overall I rate the appointment 7 out of 10.
