My dad, an elderly man, came for an appointment with the doctor Zura at the Dostar Med medical centre on Kunayeva 14 with a complaint of ear pain, hoping for qualified help. The doctor prescribed just one ear drop and sent him home, while the entire examination took her only 10 minutes.
Disliked
After this visit, an unpleasant impression remained. The doctor treated my dad's condition indifferently and did not carry out any additional examinations or tests. In addition, the medical centre, without our consent, booked another client for our time slot, and the doctor was clearly in a hurry to see them in order to earn money as well, which affected the quality of the appointment. Because of this, a feeling arose that our problem was ignored for the sake of greater profit, and this only increased the disappointment in this medical centre.
