I came to this clinic for duodenal intubation. I was told to lie down on the couch with a tube in my mouth, and at the same time the doctor was seeing other people for OGD and colonoscopy — all of this was happening behind a screen, and I could hear all the sounds. Sometimes a nurse looked in to check on me. After two hours I was given the medication, but the outflow of bile did not improve, and I decided to stop the procedure because there was no point in continuing.
Disliked
I really did not like that during my appointment the doctor was simultaneously performing OGD and colonoscopy on other people right behind the screen. It was unpleasant to hear someone swallowing a tube, and it was especially hard to listen when they started doing a colonoscopy on an elderly woman. The medication that was given did not help me, and I wasted my time. In the end I was billed 12,000 tenge for this. I would have been better off taking time off work and going for intubation on a weekday at polyclinic No. 2. I do not recommend having duodenal intubation at this clinic.
