I had a consultation with the dermatocosmetologist Dina Yedilovna Kusainova, the appointment started on time, there was no delay.

I liked the doctor's work, she explained everything to me clearly and understandably. Her manner is warm and pleasant, she speaks good Kazakh, which is a big advantage for me. Overall I liked her professionalism and her manner, I will go to such a specialist in the future as well.

I came for an appointment with the doctor, spent almost 70,000 tenge on tests, then I was prescribed additional tests and vitamins. The warts were cauterised 3 times, the doctor seemed to deliberately not cauterise them fully, she also found two warts — and of course I had to pay for them too. For the cauterisation of the warts I paid another 25,000.
Disliked
I did not like the doctor at all — she just fleeces you for money. It feels like they are told only to extract money. I left over 100,000, and the result is zero: the warts did not go away, no use at all.

The doctor is very good. I worried for a long time about a mole, and it was explained to me clearly that it was not cancer but a naevus, and I was reassured. Good recommendations were given, they explained why this or that happens with a mole, and prescribed good creams. I recommend to everyone, 11/10.

I arrived at the appointed time, but I was told that another patient was booked for that hour, that the booking via doq.kz was invalid and that I should have phoned and booked by telephone.

The impression left was extremely negative. At reception the staff are unfriendly and indifferent. I was offered either to wait an hour or to be squeezed in between patients, but I needed a proper oncologist appointment, not to stand at the door hoping to be squeezed in between two patients.

I have been seeing this dermatologist for 2 years now, I go periodically. She was the first to correctly diagnose my eczema, and before her other dermatologists treated me for the wrong thing, and it didn't help me. The treatment prescribed by Dina Yedilovna gave results straight away. Since my eczema is related to stress, over the course of a year it happens that I come a couple of times during a flare-up.
