I came for an appointment with a physician, and the doctor repeated four times that he could refund my money. After I agreed and said "ok, give me a refund", it became clear that he didn't want to see me.

I didn't like the doctor at all — he clearly didn't want to see me, and I wouldn't recommend this physician.

I arrived on time for the appointment, despite severe lower back pain, but the doctor never saw me — I waited 45 minutes and left.

I was very disappointed with the clinic's service: the doctor didn't come, and I wasn't warned in advance about the cancellation of the appointment, although I hadn't cancelled the booking myself and didn't want to let anyone down.

The doctor yawned during the appointment, which is not very polite. He also kept running out on his own business while patients were waiting in the corridor. The tone of the conversation with me left a bad impression.

I had an appointment with a sick child, the doctor didn't examine him fully, although in the conclusion he wrote that he had examined him from head to toe. At the end he just handed over a piece of paper and that was it.
Disliked
I didn't like the attitude towards the sick child, no help was given at all, they couldn't make a diagnosis, only a tentative one. This is the worst appointment, I don't advise going to this doctor, especially with children.
