I booked an appointment for 17:30, but when I arrived the doctor was not there. They told me that they had finished seeing patients by 17:00. Then I went to another doctor, who referred me for an ultrasound. I waited 3 hours in the queue, and now it's room 405.
Disliked
The doctor not being there, booking me in for 17:30 and stopping appointments at 17:00, waiting 3 hours in the ultrasound queue, and the disgraceful situation in room 405.

I came to the doctor with complaints of severe pain in the lower abdomen, especially on the left, and constant bleeding resembling periods. The doctor diagnosed an ectopic pregnancy, although I did not even suspect it. I was prescribed a bunch of unnecessary tests, which cost a lot of money. The ultrasound could not detect the ectopic pregnancy; they said it was supposedly a torsion of the left ovary and that blood had accumulated there. They made me have a CT scan, although they had generally suggested an MRI. A doctor with 14 years of experience could not recognise it. She wanted to send me home, simply prescribing medications that temporarily stop the bleeding.

This is a nightmare. At the hospital I was severely reprimanded for this. The doctor is completely incompetent and explains nothing. I wouldn't recommend her, dear ladies, it's not worth going to her. They will just con you out of money and won't treat you. Please, don't waste your time just because it's convenient to go after work. Better take a couple of hours off in the morning or after lunch and go to a proper doctor than trust these people. So many people go there hoping to find treatment, and they do things like this. Where is their Hippocratic oath? I would like this website to review my complaint and resolve the issue. And what would have happened if it had been a normal pregnancy? They could have literally killed my child!

I am a woman of a certain age, I have sat in a gynaecological chair more than once, but I have never experienced such pain. A month ago I had a colposcopy, and my body still remembers that pain. I am usually patient, but back then I even screamed from the pain. The doctor said it was because of a curved cervix and inflammation — for some reason I was reminded of doctors from Soviet times. A week later I went to another gynaecologist, and everything was done gently and without pain, even though the uterus and cervix were the same. After that appointment I went to several more gynaecologists, and they said there were no indications for surgery.

At the appointment with the first doctor it was very painful, even though I am patient. The doctor said the cause was a curved cervix and inflammation, and gave this advice: if I am not going to give birth, it is better to cut it out just in case. I did not like that, and I decided to check with other specialists.
