We came for an appointment to remove an earwax plug from a child, initially it was about 3500, but in the end we were charged 15 thousand tenge. We knew our diagnosis and did not need a doctor's consultation, however the clinic imposed it on us, and we had to pay.
Disliked
I didn't like that everything was not transparent and that they impose their services. I ask for a refund for the unnecessary doctor's consultation — we didn't need it, we only needed to remove the earwax plug.

I came for an appointment with the ENT doctor Aliya Sanayevna in complete despair and with severe pain: my throat and ear hurt terribly, which made it difficult for me to speak and breathe. I was very afraid that I would have to have my sinuses punctured. The doctor immediately carried out diagnostics, clarified the diagnosis — it turned out to be rhinosinusitis and tonsillitis — and selected a suitable gentle treatment regimen. She performed the vacuum lavage procedure ("cuckoo") carefully, gently and quickly, so that I did not even have time to get scared. Relief came immediately: the strong bursting pressure was gone, my head felt light, and the pain completely disappeared.
