My younger teenage brother and I came for an appointment with the doctor. I went into the office alone beforehand and asked the doctor to choose his words carefully so as not to upset my brother unnecessarily.
Disliked
During the examination the doctor was very abrupt and impatient. My brother did not answer quickly, but instead of patience and support the doctor showed irritation. It was especially unpleasant to hear the phrase: "How did he even get to year 8? Is he just being moved up automatically?" — such words are unacceptable and can harm a teenager. In the end, the appointment left a bad impression, the doctor was rude and instead of help only made the situation worse. We wasted our money and on top of that got a new psychological trauma that we will now have to deal with. Very disappointed.
