I went to the doctor about an allergy, and I was prescribed prednisolone. Before they started administering the drug, I said that I was taking it for the first time and that I had previously had a stomach ulcer. As soon as the drip was set up, I immediately felt unwell. The doctor responded that this was how it should be. I regret that I didn't refuse the drip straight away, but put up with it for a while. In the end, they managed to give half of what had been prescribed. I felt nauseous, my internal organs started hurting, I was dizzy, and I was shaking. I felt very unwell and thought about calling an ambulance. I came to the doctor in a normal state, but I could barely walk away from the doctor, it's upsetting. Today is the sixth day after taking prednisolone, my general condition has improved, but new problems have appeared — my stomach hurts. I hope this is not a recurrence of the peptic ulcer disease.
