I booked online for 13:00 after a 24-hour shift, planned everything, but at the appointment it turned out to be a walk-in queue, and I waited more than an hour.

Why is online booking by time needed if in the end the appointment goes by walk-in queue? I waited more than an hour. There are few sofas in the corridors, nowhere to sit, and there are a lot of people, including elderly people. The service needs to be improved!

I booked through the website for 22:30, arrived on time, expecting not to waste time. But, as it turned out, appointments there go by a live queue.
Disliked
Those waiting did not want to let me through, everyone shouted at me and insulted me. In the end I was pulled out of the office without my shoes and thrown out. As a result, I lost time and nerves.
