I booked my child in for an ultrasound at 13:30, and we arrived exactly at that time.
Disliked
At reception they said the doctor was absent — he was ill. There was no warning in advance, no explanations and no apologies. The girl at reception simply stated it as a fact and suggested going to the right bank, which is very inconvenient for me. Another option was to book only for Tuesday. It is very unpleasant that such changes are not communicated in advance: people plan their time, especially when it is a child's appointment. I would like more respectful treatment of patients and for patients to be warned in good time about a rescheduled or cancelled appointment.
