The doctor is very experienced and calm, immediately established contact with the small child. Prescribed treatment. This is a very competent specialist, gave advice on what is for what, so I even took the doctor's number.

For the first time I booked my mum an appointment at EmirMed clinic online through Idockz. There they told us that they had no booking, they always go by walk-in queue. I said that the appointment was with Maksymuly Serik, we were sent to room 214, we sat and waited 10 minutes, and a different doctor came. My mum and I went in, he looked at all my papers and spoke, and I said that my appointment was with Maksymuly Serik, and he said that he was not him, and sent us to another room. In the end we went in to the right doctor. We lost 20 minutes. Then Maksymuly Serik saw us and prescribed treatment after reviewing our test results.
