I arrived for my appointment on time, but waited half an hour, after which the doctor stated that she refused to see me because I was on insurance. I turned around and left.
Disliked
I do not understand such an attitude — as if I were asking to see her for free, like some ragamuffin. What difference does it make, since the money will be paid anyway. I ask the clinic's administration to pay attention to such a biased attitude towards clients, and to the clinic itself — this is lost revenue.
