The appointment cost 12,000 and lasted 10 minutes. The doctor examined only the arm I showed her and suggested that it might be an insect bite. She did not react to my words that there had been no bite and that the spot first gets smaller and in the evening gets bigger. She prescribed Fenistil and an ointment, and said to observe it. She also said that this happens in children of that age.
Disliked
This is more of a cosmetic centre than a clinic: there is only one room for the doctor, and seeing patients is not a priority there. I did not like the appointment: there was no full examination, they only looked at what I showed on my arm. The doctor did not react to my objections about the bite and about the spot getting bigger in the evening. For 12,000 I expected more and answers to my questions, not just the phrase that this happens in children of that age. I chose based on the doctor's experience and degree, but, as it turned out, it is better to go to specialised clinics based on reviews. I regretted that I went specifically here and to this doctor. It would be good if it really is a bite and everything just goes away.

Instead of immediately addressing the essence of the visit and the relevant allergological problem, the doctor began with a remark that had nothing to do with the child's health. Instead of questions about allergies, there were questions about scoliosis and a birthmark — completely off topic for our visit. We expected a professional approach to our problem, but unfortunately did not receive it. We will not consult this specialist again.
