I really liked how the doctor communicated with the child: she offered him toys, he sat and played while we talked. Then she wrote everything out for us and told us in detail, gave a treatment list where everything was described in detail — which tests need to be taken, when to take them and what exactly to do. She wrote everything out very well and in detail.
