The appointment was with a doctor with little work experience. All the specifics of my eye condition were explained to me in detail. To confirm the diagnosis I was prescribed medications and given a referral to a clinic with broader capabilities, where I was in September 2022.

I came for an appointment because of severe redness of the eyes — conjunctivitis. The doctor prescribed drops, tablets and treatment.
