I booked a lymphatic drainage massage at the PlasmaMED clinic. I arrived 7 minutes before the appointed time, but the therapist was not there. I was told I needed to wait just a little. After 35 minutes I asked the administrator to call and find out how much longer to wait. I was told another 20 minutes. In the end I left without receiving the service.

I did not like that the therapist was not there by the appointed time. When I arrived 7 minutes before the start, I was offered to wait just a little, but in fact the wait was an hour: first 35 minutes, then another 20. At the same time, when confirming the appointment the administrators asked me to be sure to warn them in advance if my plans changed and I could not come, but no one warned me that the therapist was running an hour late or offered to cancel or reschedule the appointment. When I asked, the administrators replied that they had not known about the therapist's delay.

The appointment with the doctor took place, but I was left dissatisfied.
Disliked
The diagnostics turned out to be weak, the prescribed treatment did not help me, and the medicine, which seemed to be herbal, gave no result at all. Therefore I do not recommend.

I booked an appointment for 11 o'clock, arrived at the clinic, and at reception they knew nothing about my booking. The doctor was not there either. I received two notifications on my phone about the appointment and a confirmation asking whether I would come. The visit never took place.
Disliked
Despite the notifications and confirmation, neither was the doctor there, nor did reception know anything about the service. The appointment did not take place.
