I paid 8,000 tenge for the appointment, but the doctor didn't really tell me anything, the money was wasted. After the gastroscopy I wanted to book with her again so that she could prescribe treatment, but a follow-up appointment with her costs the same 8 thousand, although usually a follow-up appointment is free or cheaper — I don't understand what this even is. In the end I went to another clinic, where everything was explained to me in detail and the follow-up appointment was free.

The appointment took place in a comfortable clinic, the staff were pleasant. I saw Arina Viktorovna, the appointment lasted more than 30 minutes. She reviewed the entire documentary medical history that I provided, listened to all my problems and complaints, asking about them in detail, and conducted an examination. I was prescribed medications, with a detailed explanation of their properties, as well as recommendations on diet and physical activity. In 3 months I am booked for a follow-up visit with all the prescribed tests.
