I went for an appointment with Gulmira Amantaevna. Since my hearing was poor, she showed the correct course of treatment for the questions that had accumulated over several years. She also explained the treatment approaches for the noise in my head and the hemifacial spasm caused by a nerve in my face.

I booked for 18:20, but the doctor was delayed and only started the appointment at 19:00. Then I had to wait some more while they saw those who had booked before me. In the end I got in at 19:30, almost an hour later. After me there was a queue of 5 more patients. The appointment itself lasted 7 minutes, the doctor was in a hurry and ordered a CT scan and surgery. A clinic employee was also at the appointment, as I understood, filming for social media, and no one asked whether I agreed.

No one apologised for the wasted time. The doctor was in a hurry, the appointment lasted only 7 minutes, a CT scan and surgery were ordered, and most of what was necessary I had to pry out. Also at the appointment there was a clinic employee who, as I understood, was filming for social media, and no one asked for my consent. I am unhappy with the appointment: 7 minutes for ordering surgery, a CT scan, and 15 thousand tenge for that.
