I arrived for my appointment exactly at my scheduled time, but there were 4 people booked into one slot. I had to wait 30 minutes or even more for my appointment, even though I had a booking. Without asking anything, the doctor sat me in the chair and sprayed something, without asking about allergies to medications, without saying what exactly she sprayed, and without asking for my consent. When I asked what it was and what she had sprayed on me, the doctor lost her temper, threw down her gloves and told me to get out. Then she started touching my gums on all sides and my teeth with a spatula, after which my gums started bleeding. Before booking, I had called the clinic to make sure that the video examination equipment was available and working; they confirmed that everything was there and functioning, but the video of the examination was never shown on the screen, even though I asked to see it, and no reasons were explained.
Disliked
Very unhappy with the appointment. The administrator just sits there and has no grasp of the situation, cannot keep order — it's unclear why she is there at all. The doctor did not talk to me, did not take a history, complaints, and above all an allergy history. An ENT should examine the ear, throat and nose, not poke around in the teeth. I do not recommend this doctor or the clinic. It is frightening to end up with doctors like this.
