I turned to this specialist because our paediatrician had gone on holiday. I told her what medicines I give the child and what I was complaining about. The examination took only about 5–7 minutes.
Disliked
The doctor additionally wrote out the medicines that must not be given to a child at 11 months. The diagnosis was made incorrectly.

I turned to the paediatrician Bakyt Kamidollovna with two children. Both children had a temperature that would not come down, and on another occasion, two days before that, we had been diagnosed with purulent tonsillitis.

The doctor quickly determined the cause — it turned out to be herpes tonsillitis, although previously we had been told it was purulent. She wrote out recommendations without antibiotics, and already on the first day they showed their effectiveness. I am very grateful.

I consulted the doctor, and I was diagnosed with herpetic tonsillitis and prescribed to take aciclovir. Later it turned out that this kind of tonsillitis is not treated with aciclovir, because the causative agent is a completely different virus, and aciclovir does not act on it. Because the high temperature persisted and hardly came down, I went back to the ENT specialist, and it turned out that the tonsillitis was purulent and an antibiotic needed to be taken.
Disliked
Unfortunately, the doctor incorrectly diagnosed herpetic tonsillitis and prescribed aciclovir, although this kind of tonsillitis is not treated that way, since the causative agent is a different virus, and aciclovir does not affect it. I do not know what the outcome would have been if I had continued to follow the treatment for the incorrectly made diagnosis.
