I came for an appointment with Indira Sayranovna. She immediately determined from the tests what was causing my condition and dealt with it. For the first time I learnt that a cyst can be removed with vaginal injections in a week, and it is not painful at all. Before that I had been to another gynaecologist, and he only made everything worse, while Indira Sayranovna solved everything.

She is the best specialist. A professional doctor, she performs ultrasound herself. Very tactful and sensitive. The coolest thing is that she looks for the root cause rather than treating superficially — not every doctor has the competence for that.

At my own polyclinic, the gynaecologists supposedly treated me for a whole year and brought me to the point where I now need to have surgery. They looked at one thing and did not notice another problem.

The appointment was with a paediatric ultrasound specialist, and after it we spent a week and a half having tests done and suffering.
Disliked
As a paediatric ultrasound specialist the doctor is useless: she gave a completely wrong diagnosis for the kidneys and bladder. After her we went to another doctor, and we were told that there was nothing wrong with us, the child is completely healthy.

I was booked for an appointment with Indira Sayranovna at 13:00, but I only went into the office at 13:37, because the patient before me took a long time to come out. After me a girl booked for 13:30 was supposed to go in. During the appointment I had an ultrasound with Indira Sayranovna.

Perhaps Indira Sayranovna is a good specialist as a doctor, she was just in a bit of a hurry that day because of the long queue.

I believe that this doctor's work was incompetent. Because of the delay in the appointment I had to specially adjust my work, since I had booked for that time. After the ultrasound with Indira Sayranovna I had to have the ultrasound done again at another clinic. At Salutem I was told that everything was bad and dire, but at another clinic they identified the diagnosis and prescribed treatment, and everything is fine. Overall I was dissatisfied with this appointment.
