At the clinic I was advised to come a bit earlier if I could, and I did so. In fact, I had to wait 45 minutes. The doctor talked about me in the third person: "Why is she wearing a jacket?". But a person has a name, and it is not "she". The room was stuffy, and I got a headache. The clinic looks like a Soviet one.

I waited 45 minutes, even though I arrived early. The doctor refers to me in the third person, as if I have no name. The room is stuffy, and because of that I got a headache. The clinic is of the Soviet type. It is unclear what the 12 thousand is for an ultrasound. I will not come here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

I booked my parents an appointment with the doctor because of diabetes. Before that we had gone to the Scientific Medical Centre in Abylai Khan, but there the endocrinologist turned out to be inexperienced and prescribed my parents a different treatment. Then I found this website, and Ardak first sent them for an ultrasound, and afterwards prescribed treatment with a strict diet and a gradual switch of the medications to a different dose.

Thank you to the website and the patients for an honest review. The doctor is of a high category, and there is an opportunity for patients from another city to continue treatment online. My parents liked everything.

I booked an appointment with this doctor. She referred me to have tests done at Olimp, I had them done, and she told me to come back to see her again. But for more than a week now I haven't been able to get an appointment with her.

She constantly leaves early. There is an appointment slot on the website, but you shouldn't book through the website dog.kz, as she says. I call about Saturday — on Saturday she says she has already left. How can doctors' schedules be monitored? She says we shouldn't look at the website, that everything there is untrue and the dates are invalid. What are we supposed to do now, where should we look and how should we book? She never has time. Put proper and adequate doctors on the website, ones who treat patients rather than fobbing off sick people!
