Patient story
I booked an appointment in advance with the pulmonologist Mukusheva Zhanat Gazizovna for 10.04.26 at the Centre of Medicine clinic on Kravtsova 1. On 09.04.26 I received a message from the centre of medicine confirming the visit to the pulmonologist, and I replied yes. On 10.04.26 I travelled from the left bank for the appointment, but I was unable to attend it because the doctor was absent due to health reasons.
Disliked
I was outraged by the indifferent attitude of the medical staff: they could have warned me that Mukusheva Zhanat Gazizovna was ill. Such a situation is a violation of service standards; a medical institution is obliged to inform patients in a timely manner.

No one could find the diagnosis of my relative, my older brother, but this doctor identified it precisely. On my brother's advice, I took my mum to this person. We are currently receiving treatment.

The appointment took place in the clinic where this doctor sees patients. I brought a disc with a CT scan of the lungs, but the doctor did not look at it — she did not even have a computer.

I was treated by your doctor for almost a month, but it gave no results. According to the results of tests and a CT scan, nothing changed during this time, and I was taken away by ambulance — I am currently in City Hospital No. 1, in the pulmonology department.
Disliked
The treatment did not help me, I only wasted money. The doctor did not take me seriously and did not even recommend hospitalisation, although it was necessary.

Patient story
Since the end of August I had been ill. At first there was a mild cough, I felt a little chilly, the temperature stayed around 37. The illness came in waves: it seemed to get better, and then it hit again. A month passed like that. I saw a general practitioner, took antibiotics, did inhalations, took pills, but nothing helped. At the end of September I went to Zhanat Gazizovna. She prescribed a drip and injections, after which I immediately felt better, and I began to recover.
