I had an appointment, I was having an IUD fitted. When all the instruments — forceps, speculum and so on — were already inside me, I thought everything was done.

To be honest, I was left dissatisfied with how my IUD was fitted. The doctors couldn't open the package of the coil and kept going in and out of the rooms, and it was unpleasant for me to lie in that position. When all the instruments were literally inside me, it was very painful. I wasn't warned that the strings stick out and that they could be shortened — I would have asked for them to be shortened right away. Now it turns out I need to go again and have it done. Personally, it is very unpleasant and painful for me every time I get into the chair.

I came for a paid consultation to get a record of the appointment for my exchange card and not wait for a specialist at the polyclinic. Payment was taken immediately, before the appointment, and I waited 15 minutes for the doctor.

The doctor consulted me very well.
Disliked
When I asked for a record of the appointment, the doctor said there was no licence — either from the clinic or from the doctor herself — for managing pregnant patients. At the reception desk I was not warned about this, nor about the fact that the doctor was running late. I am disappointed. On top of that, payment is made before the appointment, which is also not great.
