The appointment took place, but we could not have a proper conversation.
Disliked
The doctor doesn't listen to me, constantly interrupts. She also uses what I told her against me. And she deliberately manipulates things so that I keep coming back to her again and again. She could at least listen, but no. I will never come to this clinic or this doctor again!!!!

I was booked in to see a psychiatrist at 16:00, but the appointment only started at 16:25. There was no consulting room, so we walked around different rooms, and various doctors came in and out — in effect, as a patient I had no confidentiality. Also, at reception I warned them that I needed a prescription for tablets. The doctor said she could not write a prescription. I explained that 4 psychiatrists had agreed on my diagnoses and that the prescription was necessary, as withdrawal syndrome could occur, which is life-threatening. I was told that they believed I did not have such diagnoses and that I was strong and would cope on my own, even though I had also spoken about suicide attempts, and that means pharmacological treatment is necessary for me. Even if antidepressants are not suitable, a prescription is still needed to avoid withdrawal syndrome. The doctor also said that with depression people supposedly always sleep little, which is untrue, and this is confirmed by clinical studies.

I am very sad that I spent money on this. How can you declare at the first meeting that I do not have the diagnoses that 4 specialists made? The appointment was delayed, there was no consulting room, we went to different rooms, different doctors came in — there was no confidentiality. I believe that sending a person with depression to a psychiatric hospital is the same as sending a patient with bronchitis to be treated in a TB dispensary.
