I booked an appointment, but I couldn't get to the doctor: at the appointed time he was no longer there. I don't know who is to blame — the clinic or the app, since it's possible to book an appointment with a specialist outside working hours. At the reception desk I showed the booking on my phone, but they didn't even tell me that this doctor wasn't there, and simply referred me to another male specialist. I needed to have a pelvic ultrasound scan.

Emirmed clinic is rubbish. The reception desk is staffed by unprofessional and rude girls. They didn't even deign to say that the doctor wasn't there, and referred me to another male specialist, without even asking whether I would be comfortable being examined by a man, even though I needed a pelvic ultrasound scan.
