We waited for this doctor, waited very much. The child became hoarse, cried and was restless. For three days we were fed "promises". On the third day, closer to the evening, I asked whether to expect her tomorrow, and she simply wrote "I won't come". At five in the evening she replied "I'll write" and disappeared. I did not wait for an answer and wrote again by 11 o'clock at night. She read it but did not reply — neither immediately, although she read it, nor in the morning the next day.
Disliked
To me this is irresponsibility. I will never go to her again. I do not recommend her.

My son had a fever for six days starting from 15 February, he had a cough and a runny nose. My husband was also panicking, but on the advice of Yelena Alekseyevna we waited and only on the seventh day had a blood test. No inflammation was found in the blood. We have been under her care since birth, our son will soon be 3 years old.

Yelena Alekseyevna always says that patience is needed. We are treated without antibiotics. Thank you to her for her professionalism.

I consulted this doctor for treatment for my child.
Disliked
I do not recommend this doctor: the treatment that was supposedly without antibiotics ended for the child in hospital with a diagnosis of pneumonia.
