I had an appointment with the doctor, and the doctor herself explained everything very competently. I needed to have a repeat free ultrasound on a certain date.

When I messaged the clinic administrator on WhatsApp and noted that this was a repeat free ultrasound, they simply did not reply. Although before that, when I was booking a paid service, they replied quickly and booked me in. Because of this attitude, I no longer want to go to this clinic, and I had the repeat ultrasound at another medical facility, again for a fee. I think the owner of the clinic should talk to the staff about the quality of communication with patients and about honouring agreements. It is especially strange that they responded promptly to a paid service, but ignored the question about a free repeat ultrasound. This kind of attitude leaves a negative impression of the clinic as a whole.

I went to this clinic, and now I regret it. I had a medical abortion, after which bleeding started, and now I am in hospital.
Disliked
At the clinic they only think about how to extract money. I would not advise anyone to agree to a medical abortion — I started bleeding and ended up in hospital.
