The appointment with the doctor was quick, the examination took 5 minutes. The doctor found a deviated nasal septum and gave a referral, after which I had surgery through the portal.

The doctor is excellent, cares about every patient. When there were minor difficulties with the paperwork, he called me personally and helped to sort everything out correctly. Thanks to him for everything.

The appointment was at the scheduled time, the doctor was seeing an internal member of staff. I came with a CT scan.

The doctor said the nasal congestion was due to the vaccine and turned out to be a staunch anti-vaxxer. He did not even carry out an examination, only looked at the CT scan, and even then did not see the broken cartilages — he noticed only the deviation and boasted that he would perform surgery to straighten the cartilages for 170,000 tenge.

Mr. Nurgisa is a good doctor, he knows his profession. He has an open personality, and his manner of communication inspires confidence. It is only for such rare specialists that it is worth going to this place.

I have known Doctor Nurgisa Naizabekuly for over a year, in fact for two years now. He always greets me with a smile, his mood is excellent, his heart is open. He has a strong emotional rapport with the person who comes for treatment. I just go without making an appointment, he always helps, prescribes treatment, sends me for an X-ray, a CT scan, tests. He shows everything on the stand and explains how the illness is progressing, explains it as if he were chewing it up and putting it in my mouth. He doesn't write anything unnecessary, he prescribes only the necessary medications. Now I myself need to have surgery, I am waiting for my turn. Before this, my daughters had surgery, everything went well, and to this day they are fine.

I really like this doctor, he is very good and a specialist who performs surgery. Even if I come without an appointment, he sees me, prescribes treatment, and refers me for X-rays, CT scans, and tests. He shows everything on the stand and explains how the illness progresses. He doesn't prescribe anything unnecessary, only the essential medications. The surgery performed on my daughters went successfully. The service is very good, now I will only go to this doctor, that is, our whole family will go to him. I wish him career growth and, if possible, that he stays here.
