We booked an appointment, but the doctor does not see patients by appointment — the appointment is on a walk-in queue basis.
Disliked
I do not understand why an appointment is even needed then!? I ask Doc.kz to take measures on its part. I will under no circumstances recommend it!

I came for an appointment with the ENT Nazarov Nurkhan at 4 in the morning, and everything went fine. I did not go to other doctors, for example Zhanybekov Mukant.

Additional services were pushed on me, and the exact price for them was not stated in advance — I found it out only after the appointment at the cash desk, when I already had to pay. And although I had booked for a specific time, I had to wait 30 minutes for the appointment.

I booked an appointment with the doctor for 19:00, paid for the appointment and went to the room.
Disliked
There were already 7 people sitting there and they said it was a walk-in queue. So why is an appointment with a doctor even needed? Why am I choosing a paid clinic? They should have warned that there is a walk-in queue here, even before the client paid for the appointment! This is terrible! I do not recommend it! A shady outfit.
