I came in because of problems with my ears, and for some reason I was given a 'cuckoo' procedure, for which I had to pay an extra 3300. The appointment was at night, a lot of people had gathered, and I waited 1.5 hours. There were also many children, and all of them had ear problems.

I did not like the appointment with the doctor. The doctor did not disinfect the camera when moving from examining one ear to the other, and after the ears he wiped it with a tissue and put it into the nose. He could not examine my child's ears, although 5 days earlier another doctor had examined everything. He cleaned the child's ears and did not check whether there was otitis. Before the procedure I asked whether it was possible to remove the earwax at home, he said it was not, and after cleaning the ears, through the child's tears, he prescribed drops for earwax. He prescribed drops against otitis, although we had already completed treatment and needed to check whether there was otitis. He could not examine and prescribed treatment.

I am not satisfied with the quality. The doctor is terrible, he tormented my child. I do not recommend. He did not disinfect the camera, could not examine the ears, did not check whether there was otitis, cleaned the ears although he said it was not allowed at home, and prescribed drops for earwax after the child's tears. How can treatment be prescribed if there was no examination?
