  The appointment took place with the paediatric ENT doctor Madiyar Bakytzhanovich.

  Liked

  I want to say a huge thank you to him: he is very attentive, competent and truly professional. He knows how to get along with children perfectly, examines carefully and without fuss, and for parents this is especially valuable. Madiyar Bakytzhanovich explains in detail what caused the complaints, answers all questions and gives clear advice on treatment. To parents who are looking for a good paediatric ENT doctor, I definitely recommend contacting him.

  Patient story

  My child had earwax blockage, and it was removed. The procedure took a little time and was painless. The doctor also examined the other ear and the nose.

  My daughter and I came for an appointment with Madiar. Before that, we had already shown our daughter to two ENT doctors, and they even treated her.

  Liked

  The appointment was conducted correctly, clearly and professionally. Everything was explained in an accessible way. From the parents — huge gratitude. Only Madiar specifically showed and said that our daughter has ADENOIDS grade 3, that it needs to be removed, that surgery is needed, and preferably urgently. None of the previous doctors showed or said this so specifically.

  The appointment was with doctor Nurgaliyev Madiyar Bakytzhanovich, he removed the earwax plug.

  Liked

  I really liked how the doctor communicates with the patient and his approach. He did not stop at removing the plug, but fully examined the ear, throat and nose. Rating 10 out of 10.
