Patient story
I came for an appointment with this so-called doctor because of a digestive problem. The door to the office was locked, I knocked, and he opened it from inside. There was a pillow lying on his desk, and he himself looked at me with a displeased face — I don't know whether he sleeps badly at night or is just sleep-deprived.
Disliked
I definitely do not recommend him! We never solved the problem, he prescribed pills that do not help at all — it's simply shameful. I didn't come here for free, after all. Management, please look into this.

I came with my child for an appointment with Zhanat Nurlanovich.
Liked
I am very grateful to this doctor: he is a competent specialist and immediately found an approach to my child. My child started getting better literally within a couple of days. His prescriptions are always clear, the doctor explains everything in simple language and does not prescribe unnecessary medications.

My mum, who is already quite elderly, and I came for an appointment with Zhanat Nurlanovich. He received us, examined everything thoroughly, and listened.

I came to the doctor with my daughter, he explained clearly why my daughter was vomiting. The doctor examined my daughter and determined that I was giving her too little water, and said I should give her more.

The appointment started at the appointed time, the doctor studied all the tests and examined the child, after which he prescribed treatment.

We were seen on time, the doctor reviewed all the tests and checked the child.
Disliked
The prescribed treatment did not help, so we went again to another medical centre, as the pneumonia also remained, plus otitis.

We have been to this clinic to see various doctors. The last one we went to is Zhanat Nurlanovich, and we have been seeing him for some time now.
Liked
The doctor is very good, he explains everything clearly and distinctly. He prescribes serious medications only in the most extreme cases. Before, a trip to the hospital was a problem for us — we only went there in tears. Now the appointment goes by without a single tear, and we as parents are very happy about that. Communication with the doctor is very good.
