The appointment was with a gastroenterologist, and following it I was prescribed treatment.
Liked
The doctor is a very pleasant, polite and attentive specialist. You immediately feel that this is an experienced doctor who truly cares about her patients. It is especially nice that after the appointment she did not limit herself to the visit, but the next day she wrote herself, asked about the child's condition and gave additional recommendations. Such an attitude towards patients is rare and deserves special respect. The prescribed treatment really helped, and I am very grateful. I definitely recommend this specialist.

Patient story
I consulted this doctor with complaints of a sore throat. I was diagnosed with an acute respiratory viral infection, not tonsillitis. The prescribed treatment did not help, and I went to another specialist, who immediately detected purulent tonsillitis and prescribed the appropriate treatment. The tests already showed that the infection was bacterial, but the doctor did not take this into account.
Disliked
I am very disappointed: because of the mistake I lost time and only made my condition worse. Money and time were wasted.

I booked an appointment in advance, choosing the doctor by category, reviews and ratings. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment, waited for my time, but the doctor simply did not show up for the appointment. No one at the reception desk knew that the office was closed and that the doctor was not there and would not be. Only after I made a fuss after 15–20 minutes of waiting did it turn out that the doctor would not come due to family circumstances. At the same time, they had sent an SMS reminder about the appointment in advance, and upon arrival at the medical centre they took payment in advance for a service not rendered, but did not ensure a timely appointment.

I was shocked that the doctor did not show up for the appointment. No one at the reception desk was aware that the office was closed and that the doctor would not be there. There are loads of people at the reception desk, but the efficiency is zero. An irresponsible approach to patients both on the part of the staff and on the part of the doctors. How could a doctor just take and not show up at the last moment, and the staff not be aware at all? We, the patients, seek first aid because every minute matters to us.

I came for an appointment with a newborn baby who is only a month old, and I warned that I would be 5 minutes late. During my time slot another person was with the doctor — an adult man.
Disliked
The doctor is irresponsible: she didn't see a newborn baby, even though the baby is only a month old. Instead of asking the man to wait and seeing the baby at my time, she was rude and nasty. Why indicate a time then, saying she is free. I seriously doubt that she is a doctor at all — doctors don't behave like that when someone comes with a newborn baby.

I booked an appointment one day in advance. When I came to the clinic, I was told that the doctor was not working.
Disliked
It's unclear why the schedule isn't updated. Why book a time then, if the appointment is by walk-in queue anyway? I sat there for 1.5 hours.
