I went to the clinic, I was diagnosed with keratitis and treatment was started.
Disliked
They could not help me: my eye reacts painfully to light and closes. Treatment was started but not completed — the doctor waved her hand and said to come back in 3 months. I got the impression that Asiya Yerguatovna does not know how to treat. I also did not like that she switches to the informal "ty". It feels as if she does not want to communicate or as if I owe her something.

I booked an appointment with the ophthalmologist Amanova 10 days before the visit, but on the day of the visit itself the appointment was cancelled because the doctor fell ill. I was told to come and wait in the walk-in queue.
Disliked
I waited for more than an hour, and on top of that a patient who was 40 minutes late brazenly went in.
