We booked an appointment with the doctor for 21:00, arrived early at 20:20. On the spot we found out that the appointment is on a first-come, first-served basis. We waited almost an hour and got in only at 21:17. A different doctor saw us, although we had booked with a specific specialist. I asked the doctor why this was, and he replied that it was not his shift. Previously we came and were seen on time. I went to this doctor based on reviews, but ended up with another one. In the queue sat grown-up lads with injuries from a construction site, and no one let a 2.4-year-old child through until my husband started to complain.

I consider such an organisation of appointments extremely inconvenient and disrespectful to patients. What is the point of booking a specific time if the booking is not honoured? If the doctor sees patients on a first-come, first-served basis, this should be warned about in advance, and if there is a prior booking, it should be honoured. If the doctor we booked with had seen us, I would have given a corresponding rating, but as it is, the rating for the facility is 1. What also outraged me was that the doctor is a paediatrician, yet adults with injuries were sitting in the queue, and no one let a small child through.

I took my child to an appointment with Aidos Tleugaliyevich. The appointment did not start at the scheduled time, because the doctor was not there at first and had to be called. For that reason we had to wait about two hours.
