I booked an appointment for papilloma removal. The clinic called and started pushing a consultation. I replied that I only needed the removal. The appointment was moved two hours later. When I arrived, the doctor also insisted on a consultation. I understood that this was being done for the sake of an extra charge. Fine, since I had already come, there were no other options. The consultation boiled down to the doctor determining whether it was a papilloma or not, and how best to remove it. I booked the removal for 10 thousand tenge, but in the end two papillomas were removed at 15 thousand tenge each, because they said this method was better and more expensive. For a one-minute consultation they charged another 15 thousand tenge. In total it came to 45 thousand tenge.

They pushed a consultation on me, even though I said straight away that I only needed a removal. Because of this, the appointment was put back by two hours. The doctor also insisted on the consultation, and I understood that it was for the sake of an extra payment. In the end, instead of a removal for 10,000 tenge, two papillomas were removed at 15,000 tenge each, with the explanation that the method was better and more expensive. For a consultation lasting a minute they charged another 15,000 tenge. In total it came to 45,000 tenge. I hope the doctor personally reads this review and draws conclusions. In the offers on this platform it should be stated that a paid consultation is mandatory, rather than engaging in extortion. Take care of your honour! Money is not the main thing in life. Please do not take offence at this review. Really, the actions of the clinic and the doctor look indecent.
