Patient story
The appointment went like this: the doctor first listened to everything, and only then drew conclusions. I was prescribed many tests, but they can be done free of charge at my own polyclinic. These tests can reveal the true cause of the illness. I have gastritis. After looking at the tests, the doctor said it was 100% corona, although all the other doctors said that the weakness and fever were from the illness. I went and took a test — corona positive.

The doctor is very attentive: first he listens to everything, and then draws conclusions. I personally am very pleased with this doctor. Thanks to the prescribed tests, the real cause of the illness can be found, and they can be done free of charge at your own polyclinic.

When booking the appointment, the price stated was 6,000 t, but when I called the clinic, I was quoted 8,000 t.

Patient story
I consulted the doctor with liver fibrosis, hepatosis and atrophic gastritis. I had the results of an OGD and FibroScan.
Disliked
The appointment turned out to be useless: the doctor could not offer anything helpful, she prescribed Unienzyme, which is toxic to the liver. Money and time wasted. She didn't even want to write the diagnoses — I had to insist. I believe there are no good gastroenterologists and hepatologists in Astana.
