The appointment was short, and I was seen by a completely different doctor. Orynbasarov Kairat Turarbekovich, whom I had not booked with, did not see me.

They should have warned me in advance that it would be a different doctor. I know nothing about this doctor and have not read any reviews about him. Payment for the appointment is taken on Kaspi. I believe that paid services should have proper service, for example payment at the cash desk. He didn't even examine me in the chair, and giving a 3 is simply ridiculous.
