I arrived for the appointment 15 minutes early. First the doctor came out and asked me to wait, because he had visitors. Then someone came out, either the doctor or an assistant, and introduced himself as Yerlan. He listened to my problem and examined the organ, started explaining what needed to be done, and then moved on to a story that had nothing to do with my problem.
Disliked
It was not Kairat Turarbekovich who saw me, which surprised me greatly. In the end, the money was wasted.

I came with a lipoma, and I was referred for an ultrasound. When I brought the ultrasound results, I was referred to an oncologist-surgeon. The oncologist-surgeon examined me and said that it was an ordinary lipoma, and that such things are removed by general surgeons. I went to another surgeon, and he removed it straight away.
Disliked
So it turns out they simply didn't want to bother with me. And I waited two weeks for an appointment with the oncologist for nothing.

I made an appointment with doctor Orynbasarov Kairat Turarbekovich, but I was seen by a completely different doctor. I was told that this doctor treats surgical patients.
Disliked
I wasn't warned in advance that there would be a different doctor; I only found out about it when I arrived. I don't know this doctor and haven't read any reviews about him. Payment for the appointment is accepted via Kaspi. I believe that paid services should have proper service, for example payment at the cash desk.
