The appointment took place with doctor Aigul Bolatbekovna, and afterwards I was left with a very bad impression.
Disliked
It seemed to me that the doctor was unable to establish contact with the child: no attempt was made to distract him, engage him or put him at ease for the examination in a playful way, and instead he was made to sit down by force. Moreover, at the appointment I did not receive clear answers to my questions or the necessary explanations. I believe that for a paediatrician not only professional knowledge matters, but also the ability to find common ground with a small patient. I was left dissatisfied with the appointment and cannot recommend this specialist.
